Judy lives in Oregon and uses its beauty and wildlife as her art subject. "Some of my favorite times are spent in southern Oregon on the Upper Klamath Lake at Rocky Point where my family and I have a summer cabin. The beautiful scenery and abundance of wildlife never ceases to amaze me. My greatest reward is being able to create paintings with mood and movement and have people enjoy them along with me. I love the outdoors and through my landscapes I hope I can give record to our vanishing wilderness." Judy has been featured in national publications including Wildlife Art News Magazine, Art West Magazine, Northlight Magazine, Artist of the Renown, Texas and Artist/USA, New York, New York. She has received numerous awards including Oregon Ducks Unlimited Artist of the Year-1988, Favell Museum's People's Choice-1983, Klamath Heritage Award-1986, People's Cover Artist-Calendar 1990. Judy is Show Chairman for the Pacific Flyway Decoy Show-Sacramento, California Board of Advisors-PFDA. |
